Billing

CodeRally uses Shopify Billing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice: you will not receive a separate invoice from CodeRally. To change your plan, open the app and go to Billing.

Uninstall

Remove the app from Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels. When you uninstall:

• Checkout functions (Margin Cap, Margin Guard validation) stop immediately.
• Discount Badge metafield sync stops: existing badge data on products remains until overwritten or you remove the theme block.
• Shopify discounts created by CodeRally remain in Shopify Admin until you manually delete them.
• Billing stops at the end of your current billing cycle.

Data deletion

Store-specific data (products, orders, costs, analytics, settings) is deleted within 30 days of uninstall, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you need an export of your data before uninstalling, email contact@coderally.tech before removing the app.

Reinstall

You can reinstall from the Shopify App Store at any time. After reinstalling:

• Re-enable Additional store features in Settings.
• Re-place theme blocks for the Discount Badge in the theme editor.
• Previous store data may not be recoverable if more than 30 days have passed.
