Additional features / permissions not enabling

Enable from Settings → bottom of page → Additional store features only.
Hard refresh after the Shopify approve dialog (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).
If reinstalled, enable again: optional permissions are not remembered after reinstall.

Discount Badge empty or not showing

Confirm Additional store features is Enabled in Settings.
Confirm the theme block is placed in the theme editor (Settings → Badge → Configure).
Confirm there is an active CodeRally discount on that product or collection.
Wait for the next sync cycle: badge data updates on schedule.
Your theme must support OS 2.0 sections with app blocks.

Checkout blocked unexpectedly or not capping

Confirm Scale plan is active.
Check margin floor %: is the product actually below it?
Confirm COGS is set for the affected variants.
Run Sync costs to checkout in Settings → Margin Guard after any cost changes.
Check enforcement mode: Warn only means no checkout action.

App 404 or blank after update

Hard refresh the embedded app (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).
Close and reopen from Shopify Admin → Apps → CodeRally.
